FBM-KNM FZCO has developed significant innovative technologies in the design and fabrication of high pressure static equipment and in the manufacturing of components made with special materials such as Incoloy, Duplex, Super-duplex, Monel, Low Alloy (1.25Cr 0.5Mo, 2.25Cr 1Mo, 5Cr, 3.5Ni etc), Hastalloy, Titanium, Cladded with SS, Al Bronze, CuNi, Monel etc.
FBM-KNM FZCO utilizes the state-of-the-art machinery for all its operations. The machinery is specially imported to meet the exacting needs of the factory are modern, and efficient.
Transportation
This facility is convenient for all type of transportation and has a 30-meter-wide leeway (direct access) to the deep-water quay (12.5meter water depth) in Jebel All Port. This access allows the load-out of the large components directly on to the barge or other special cargo vessels. Also, an excellent highway system and major international Airport also link the workshop to the rest the world.
Technical Contribution
Thanks to its consolidated design and manufacturing experience combined with the adoption of improved or new design and fabrication concepts, FBM-KNM FZCO is able to give a high technological contribution to the fabrication of industrial plants and to the implementation of energy programs all over the world.
